What type of Canvas Paper and Paper is offered?
We use archival, smooth tight weave, heavy weight canvas. Archival Textured and smooth cotton rag, Matte photo, and Metallic photo are available for paper.
How long will the canvas last?
Your print is made from archival quality canvas and inks. All of our canvas is coated with a UV resistant water based coating. The coating on the canvas as well as the inks are fade and moisture resistant. When used indoors, even in the range of sunlight, your canvas print will remain vibrant and color rich up to 100 years.
Will the canvas print withstand outdoor use?
With our standard top coating the print will last outdoors for about 5 to 7 years. How do I clean my canvas?
The canvas can be cleaned by rubbing lightly with a soft, damp cloth. A harmless solution to use would be Windex. The canvases are quite durable and resist most scratches and smudges. However, if the canvas gets nicked and looses ink in certain areas, it can be retouched with felt-tip markers or paint.

Will my finished canvas look like the image on my computer screen?
Our studio computers have a profiled monitor which displays accurate colors of the image file. Our Epson printers then prints out the image on canvas which matches the colors we see on our screen. If you do not have a profiled monitor, you may not be seeing the true colors on your screen to begin with. The image we see on our screen can look slightly different than what you see on your screen. We also will provide the option of proofs at a lower cost. You can order a proof from us to make sure it matches what you desire in color.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept image files in the following formats: JPEG, TIFF, PDF, PSD, or SVG Our Hightail image uploader can take files up to 3 gigabytes. Our Shopping Cart image uploader can take files up to 100 megabytes.
How do I know if my photo is good enough to print?
generally files need to be at least 3mb in size. If you are unsure upload the file to us and we can help.
How large can I print my image file?
Our Epson printers can print a maximum width of 64 inches by an unlimited length. The maximum size your image can be printed without pixilating also depends on the resolution of your image file.
Are there any restrictions on what type of photos can be printed?
We will print any digital image whether it be from a photograph, painting or digital artwork. Canvas Artfinity reserve the right to refuse orders with questionable content. You must also be the copyright owner of the image or have obtained permission for reproduction from the copyright owner.
What if I don't have a digital image of my artwork?
We offer high resolution photography of your original artworks. Please see the Giclee page for details.
What stretching options are available?
There are several options available for your finished canvas prints. All canvases are wrapped around a wooden stretcher frame with finished sides. You have the option to choose mirrored edges, which is a continuation of the image along the sides. Note that you will not lose any part of the image off the face of the print. The edges are cloned to continue along the sides. You also have option to choose a solid color for your edges. These styles are available in four sizes Standard, 3/4 inch HD, 1.5 inch, 2 inch. You may also order your canvas as a rolled print with no stretcher bar.. This is ideal if you plan to frame your print later. If you plan on framing your gallery-wrapped canvas print, the 3/4 inch is easier to fit a frame around.

Once you have clicked submit, your order will have been processed and sent to our inbox, If you went through the shopping cart and paid via credit card or paypal, you will receive a payment confirmation. May I make a correction to my order after it has been submitted?
Please give us a call directly at 941-752-1873 to speak to our staff. Provide your name and order# and our staff will update your order with that correction. How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped out, FedEx, UPS, or USPS will send you a notification with the tracking # of your shipment. What is our turnaround time?
We have a production time of 7 to 10 business days. We can also expedite orders at an additional cost. How are the canvases packaged?
Your canvas is either shipped rolled in a tube or if stretched, in a padded box. Do we ship international?
We are able to ship your orders international. Do we Blind Drop Ship?
If you are selling your reproduced canvas prints to a client, we can blind drop ship your orders directly to your client. Your client places an order with you, you place the print order with us, we blind ship directly to your client, you pay us for the print reproduction work. That simple! Do we offer wholesale pricing ?
The prices we offer are essentially wholesale prices. With large orders and continued business we offer discounts starting at 10%.
